• Inclusion in third round of selection for exhibit space location.
• Exhibit directory listing in conference attendee brochure, up to 30 words with color logo.

• Recognition on conference slides shown at the beginning of the meeting.

Sponsorship Terms and Conditions

Terms of Payment: Payments due are on signing, by check or credit card.
Confirmation: Sponsorship will be guaranteed after the receipt of signed sponsorship agreement and receipt the initial deposit listed on your contract.
Cancellation: Cancellations must be received in writing. Requests for refunds received prior to Janurary 6, 2011 receive a 50 percent refund. Starting Janurary 7, 2011 no refunds will be given.
Sublet: Sponsors may not sublet or apportion part of the exhibit to advertise or distribute literature for other organizations.
