Mary Delaney is the Chief Sales Officer for CareerBuilder.com, the nation's largest online job site with over 1.6 million jobs and over 23 million unique visitors.  Leading a sales force of over 1100, Delaney is one of the key contributors to a company that continually outpaces its industry in revenue growth, growing over 80 percent annually compared to the industry’s 20 percent.   Delaney previously was senior vice president for InterCall Inc., a conference services provider, where she developed the long-term company vision and national sales strategy. While at InterCall, sales revenues grew from zero to over $200 million

Polly Sumner

President of salesforce.com’s platform, alliances, and services division

Polly Sumner is president of salesforce.com’s platform, alliances, and services division and a thirty-year technology veteran.  At Salesforce, Sumner oversees the Force.com platform, alliances with global independent software vendors and service partners, and salesforce.com’s professional services organization.

Previously Sumner was president of global services at Telecordia and president and CEO of Alphablox, where she grew the company from $5 million to $25 million in two years.
Sumner also held several different positions at Oracle from 1987 to 1999, including vice president and senior vice president roles in sales and alliances.

Geoffrey Moore

Founder, The Chasm Group

Best selling author, Geoffrey Moore is also co-founder and managing director at TCG Advisors and founder of The Chasm Group.
