Sales & Marketing 2.0 Celebrates Big Wins

The conclusion of Sales & Marketing 2.0 left us with much to celebrate. First we’d like to congratulate all of our official Sales & Marketing 2.0 Award winners. They are:

Best Alignment of Sales & Marketing
HubSpot

Best Sales Lead Management Program
Unisfair

Best Use of Social Media for Sales or Marketing
Adobe Omniture Business Unit

Best Sales 2.0 Management
Brainshark

Best Sales Enablement Program
BigMachines

Best Sales & Marketing 2.0 Solution
Marketo

Best Customer Experience Management/Customer Collaboration Program
Green Grass One

We’d like to send out a big thank you to all the companies that threw their hats into the ring to be considered for a Sales & Marketing 2.0 Award, and also to our esteemed judges for taking on the task of evaluating a crop of very strong entries:

Miles Austin, President / Founder, Fill The Funnel
Trish Bertuzzi, President and Chief Strategist, The Bridge Group
Jim Dickie, Managing Partner, CSO Insights
Clara Shih, Founder and CEO, Hearsay Labs
Anneke Seley, Founder and CEO, Phone Works
Pelin Wood Thorogood, Managing Partner, Aegean Group
Barry Trailer, Partner, CSO Insights

Thanks also to ceremony hosts Jeff Applebaum and Gerhard Gschwandtner, and last but not least, to Amy Black, Creative Marketer at TimeTrade, who graciously indulged an impromptu request to share her formidable singing skills onstage. When it comes to talent at Sales & Marketing 2.0, the bench is deep! (Note: this video isn’t of her singing at the ceremony, unfortunately … if we find live footage we’ll post it here.)

And finally, in a surprise win (especially to us), Steven Tyler (aka a guy you might recognize) won (by virtue of appearing in the hotel lobby) the unofficial title of Sales & Marketing 2.0 Celebrity Mascot.

When asked to comment on the win, Tyler said none of any of these things, and departed with his entourage to tape an episode of American Idol.
